My little Joe is absolutely positively in LOVE with his Bear "Magic" and his bink. The rule in our house is that he can only have them while he is sleeping, but he considers the first hour or two after waking up still sleeping. He has struggled with whether or not he is a big boy or a baby. In September 2006 he would get mad at you and tell you he was "just a little baby" if you called him a big boy. Then he decided that he was indeed a big boy and would get upset if you called him a baby saying, "No, I a BIG boy!". Well just last week, he decided that while he had his bink he is a baby, because babies need binks. So during nap time and every night he tells me he is a baby because babies need binks. What to do?? How can you break up a union such as this? How can I take away his only true love? The sad thing is that I probably never will because (confession time) I love the Bink and the Bear! Plus this world is about finding Joy and Happiness, and nothing brings Joseph more Joy and Happiness than both of them.

That's a tough one...especially since he only uses them during sleep times. He is just so cute, I can see why you don't want to deny him of his true loves. Maybe you can think up some crazy scheme to get rid of the bink...good luck!
